Director - Consumer Marketing

BoozeCloud is the worlds first dine-in cashless drinks and food ordering app. We help F&B merchants to improve staff productivity and sales. We help users to get great deals on high end drinks and food and also a superior customer service We help Drinks and Food brands to connect directly with end consumers and engage with them via digital channels

App Download and Reuse

  1. Drives boozecloud application downloads
  2. Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design online experiences that delight consumers. 
  3. Ensures continuous active engagement of users by reuse of the app

Brand Development and PR strategy 

  1. Develops brand strategy, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, 
  2. Proposes brand reach by key channels and key customers
  3. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image.  

Brand Innovation Strategy

  1. Develops and successfully executes Bigger, Bolder, and Better innovation & renovation for the brand
  2. Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for the brand
  3. Responsible for the development of Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of relevant & memorable brand experience. 

F&B partnership and deal development   

  1. Liaise with F&B merchants  to devise effective promotions based on past consumption data
  2. Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer's perceived values of brands, and develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for the  brand
  3. Manages end-to-end development of communication plan from Opportunity, to the Brief, to Campaign Planning and Execution, and to Post-evals and ensures timely execution off all stages.   

Requirements

  1. Singaporean or PR only
  2. Background in any of the following sectors/areas:Sales, F&B, Blue Chip Companies (Fortune 500), Customer Service, Lifestyle and or Account Management, Hospitality, Luxury Travel Leisure.
  3. Experience in handling large marketing programs
  4. Contacts in the Singapore F&B decsion makers.
  5. Possess a 1-3 years Consumer Marketing  and/or Customer Service experience with proven track record.
  6. Self-motivated with a Strong drive and with previous experience in an consumer marketing role is advantageous.
  7. Ability to prioritise in order to meet targets.
  8. Ability to work as a team.
  9. Demonstration of responsibility and maturity with a can-do attitude; ready to get involved at all times
  10.  Passionate about meeting new people, extremely social and approachable
  11. Fast learner & adapting to new processes in rapid change climate
  12. Creative problem solving, ability to think on their feet  top notch organizational skills with attention to detail
