Partnerships and Sales Guru

The pslove company is a consumer healthcare start-up born and bred in Singapore with a global vision. Back in 2014, we saw the need for a natural, drug-free and convenient solution to menstrual cramps, which affects over 500 million females around the world. After months of back-breaking product development, our flagship product, MenstruHeat, was born. Since then, MenstruHeat has gone on to “save” thousands of women every month and is now available in more than 500 stores islandwide, including Guardian, Watsons and 7-Eleven.

This year, we are looking to bring MenstruHeat to our close neighbours, The Philippines, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Besides building an awesome brand that women can relate to, we believe in engaging and educating consumers with campaigns that shouts about women’s health and even taboos.

Responsibilities

We are a hands-on scrappy start up that believes in delivering the best consumer experience to our product users. We've grown organically from ground up with determination, perseverance and an ever learning mindset. Those values have been deeply rooted in the company since. We take on a "blameless" culture because mistakes can only help you learn faster, and we embrace creativity, ideas, and just trying things out. 

We are looking for a superstar to join our team and help us grow our product awareness via partnership and sales. In this role, you will be creating successful, win-win partnerships with various brands and corporates, while building up your network. You will also learn how to approach sales from the founder himself, where he successfully establish > 500 retail sales channels for the company. Occasionally, you will experience hands on working with different media outlets, learn the tips to getting your articles published and the soft skills needed to excel in your role. More importantly, you will be helping us further our mission of helping females with pain and bringing some comfort to their lives!

Your main role includes:

- Planning and executing strategic partnerships to meet with various objectives / support various marketing campaigns

- Sales pitching to retail channels 

- Media pitching or media contribution to boost our product's visibility online or in print

- Crafting interesting, engagement and useful information for our loyal readers on our blog

- Brainstorming and executing whacky marketing campaigns, which may include video or content strategies

- Helping the team in all other areas

Requirements

We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals with a good command of english (both written and spoken) and loves to network with external parties. We will be extremely thrilled to meet with someone who has some form of starting up experience, who is full of initiatives and has a strong spirit of excellence.
