As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible to execute business development strategy to achieve the company's revenue targets; from lead generation to pitching & closing the deal. Your main aim will be to help us grow and expand our portfolio of clients (from the Events, F&B, to Retail industry) all across Jakarta. You will be in charge of one divisional area and will think of out-of-the-box ways to generate more clients to use our platform in that area. You will also be responsible to train clients on how to use the app efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales canvassing; generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, email, or visiting targeted restaurants
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting on all sales activities and pipeline
  • Training new & existing clients on how to navigate through the app effectively
  • Meet or exceed given weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients
  • Gather clients’ feedback, monitor competitor activities, and provide recommendations for improvements to product development team


Key requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in B2B direct sales, possess background in F&B / Retail / Event industry is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation skills, both written and verbally
  • Tech-savvy
  • General flexibility, restaurants do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules
  • Good presentation skill with ability to explain systematically & in detail
  • Results driven and possess good track record of target achievement
  • Work well under pressure and with little supervision
  • Awesome team player and willing to share knowledge & experiences to other team members to improve performance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Owning a vehicle for transportation (motorbike) will be preferred
