Responsibilities

What you’ll be working on:

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements of MSMEs
  • Provide best practices to achieve customer requirements
  • Technical documentation of solution for client and internal teams
  • Support growth team in delivering documented solution
  • Manage multiple client relationships and partnerships
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on how best to maximise value from AVANA
  • Deliver training to business and technical users
  • Assist in pre-sales activities

Requirements

What you should have on you:

  • University degree in Business Computer Science, Digital or similar
  • 2+ years of Digital / Technical Consulting experience
  • Client-facing, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!)
  • Eager to learn new skills to enhance capability.
  • eCommerce experience is a bonus, e.g. search, merchant acquisition, ecommerce training etc
