Application Support

Stock Sync is an online inventory management solution. We have customers from all around the word. North America is our major customer pool. Our office is in the heart of KL Sentral. Once you are hands or experience, you can request to work from home for a period of time. Working hours are flexible and home-based mother or anyone who is interested in involved in a Startup. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Using the help desk management tool, log and assign requests
  • Monitor the management systems to identify problems and taking appropriate action to maintain and control the resolution of these problems.
  • Customer service and support
  • Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot AWS, Linux, Application, If you have no idea and willing to learn. We can teach you.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is a must
  • Eager to learn and with a desire to get the job done well
  • Strong skills in communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of what is CSV, FTP, XML, REST API are an advantage
  • Knowledge system administration is an advantage. 
  • Fresh graduate or home working mum welcome to apply. 
  • Work life balance. no need to work long hour but need to be attentive and response prompt. 
  • Our system is 24/7 but only need to look at the issue when a new issue comes in.
