Responsibilities

Role

You will be responsible to give hands to support sales team and execute clients' integration. Aside from that, you will also work hand-in-hand with sales team to fulfill integration dan database target.

• Handle and update contracts with clients
• Execute upsell to clients
• Handle and manage clients' database
• Prepare and execute clients integration
• Manage good relation with client
• Handle billing and clients' payment

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Possess the capability to work under pressure
• An organized person who has a good skill in administration and attention to details

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in english, both writing and speaking
• Strong analytical skills
• Good with database and familiar with various research methods
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple & changing priorities
• Self-starter, energetic, assertive and systematic
• Able to identify process improvements which lead to better team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced as sales support for 1 year minimum
• Experienced in customer-service-oriented job positions
