Staff Assistant (Part Time)

You do not need to be from the HR, healthcare or even insurance industry to make a difference. Responsibilities

You need to: -

  • Update internal databases
  • Assist in recruitment of panels (commission will be added)
  • Assist in panels training
  • Assist in administrative work including printing, scanning and etc
  •  Assist in answering incoming calls 
  • Assist in claim processing
  • Assist in event planning & logistics
  • Assist in data collection
  • Follow up with post-meeting discussion points

 

 

Requirements

These following criteria are highly desirable: 

  1. STRONG drive in making extra money for yourself
  2. Comfortable speaking to people face to face and over the phone
  3. Fluent in English and Malay and or Mandarin
  4. Self motivated and undying hunger to learn
  5. Hustler/Fighter mentality

Salary

1300 - 2000 MYR
