Business Operations Support

Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers or vendors either by telephone, electronically or face to face, to respond promptly to their inquiries.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, to work within the timeline.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opening customers account and maintaining customer records by updating account information.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Requirements

  • Passionate about women and family related services and products
  • Result oriented, Self-motivated, Proactive and Dedicated
  • Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Persistent and able to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Eng & BM).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Some fulfillment, logistic or e-commerce knowledge would be an added advantage
